The ROM-24 is the 4-channel modular radio receiver for the Smart Home Zamel EXTA LIFE system. It mounts on a DIN TH35 rail in the distribution cabinet and allows independent control of up to four devices or electrical circuits. The outputs are four normally-open relays (NO) with a maximum load of 5 A each — compatible with both low-voltage (12/24 V AC/DC) and high-voltage (230 V AC) circuits. Bidirectional RF 868 MHz communication ensures the status of each channel is always visible in the EXTA LIFE mobile app.

The ROM-24 modular radio receiver is the 4-channel version of the ROM-22: it features 4 outputs and 4 programmable wired inputs for managing four independent zones from a single DIN module. Each channel has its own timer, configurable independently for radio transmitter, wired input and EFC-01 controller. Firmware updates remotely via controller without dismounting the device. The screw-mount antenna supports an external antenna for use in metal enclosures.
